Healthy Fudgy Frosted Brownie


If you haven't tried black bean brownies yet, I can assure you, you are missing out. I know it sounds crazy but you have to give it a try. They are fudgy but not in a way that a typical corner brownie eater would not like. I used to be one, but I actually love these!


These guys are gluten free, refined carbohydrate free, and naturally sweetened. They are high in gut goodies like pre-biotics and fiber. A good source of plant protein and all around a much better treat yourself option.


You can make these with or without the frosting. If you aren’t used to ”healthy” desserts the frosting might be too much but our family loves it! You can use a few tablespoons of chocolate chips instead and they are even better.
