Spring Dessert



For the last few years, I spend hours over a thick and creamy, completely homemade Lemon cheesecake for Easter. It's so dang good and worth every bit of the work. However, 2018 is the year of a happier, healthier me, which means a lot less over-achieving and no dairy! 

After a quick trip to the grocery store and about 5 minutes I was able to whip up the prettiest little cheesecake I ever did see! It was so simple to throw together and really took no time at all. Once my kiddos can bathe themselves and make their own snacks I might have more time on holidays to make desserts from scratch again but for the next few years decorating pre-made items will be my saving grace!


I used a Diaya Dairy Free Cheesecake in Key Lime flavor, topped with black berries, spray roses, peach slices, and crushed edible flowers (rose petals, chamomile, lavender, and jasmine mixture) and then sprinkled with a little powdered sugar.




So this year, if you want to give yourself a break but wow your friends and family, it really is this easy!
